Rocio E started making tamales in her kitchen, one day I decided to take a few to work and let some of my coworkers try them out. One coworker by the name of Juan said they were so good, and suggested we sale them, he initiated it by placing  some on the counter of the warehouse, others fell in love with them and rest is history. Now its been 8 years at our location here, at the Dallas Farmers Market, located at 1103 S Harwood St, Dallas, TX 75201. Unfortunately Juan past away, but  his vision for us lives on.
